Mezze Events has over 20 years of planning experience. From early idea conversations to the budgeting process, which leads to production and execution, our team collaborates with clients to provide comprehensive event planning.
Every job we take on our team provides food + beverage menu planning and services, trains, schedules staff, and oversees the management and coordination of rentals.
We are also available for full-scope planning with oversight of all vendors, including lighting, musicians, floral design, hair and makeup, sourcing lounge furniture, and more. We'll manage all communications and budgets along the way.

CREATION
We create :

EXECUTION
We ensure a smooth event by overseeing the following:
⧫ The set-up of your venue for every part of the day, including details like guest books, gift tables, and escort and place cards
⧫ We run the rehearsal and ceremony, including organizing the wedding party for the processional and cueing the officiant, musicians, and audiovisual team
⧫ All guest transitions from pickup at the hotels to final departure
⧫ We help manage your budget
⧫ We are transparent with each budget line item from the planning process to the final bill
